Improvements Blog

Every month you get something new or improved because of our commitment to continual improvement.

You may not have noticed, but last month our name (and a link to our site) was placed on the bottom of the financial calculators on your site. It was NOT done by us. Our provider of Interactive Financial Calculators added the link on their most recent quarterly update.

Yes, the calculators on your site are updated every quarter to reflect new tax code changes and other enhancements.

We received a few calls from clients who asked us to remove our name and link. I completely agree that there should NEVER be a reference to CPASiteSolutions on your site. We’ve never advertised ourselves on the websites we provide, and we never will. (Unlike many other providers of websites for accountants.)

A few days ago we wrote a program to remove our name and link from each of the calculators. — And improve the wording of the calculators’ disclaimer.

Please know that we listen to your feedback. If there is anything you don’t like, or want to see improved, please let us know and we’ll do our best to get your suggestion implemented.

We have started a blog to help communicate how we are improving your website and service. As you know we strongly believe in constant improvement. We release new content, new tools, new functionality, and new services to you every month. (We’ve been doing this for years. See the history of improvements.)

A blog provides a few new tools to help us communicate with you. One is through RSS feeds and the other is through Your Comments on our blog posts.

RSS Feeds

I just started using RSS feeds a few months ago and now I love them. RSS feeds allow me to get news on the subjects I’m most interested as soon as the news breaks. Our RSS feed allows you to see the new improvements to your site as soon as we release them. There are months when we release improvements every week. So with our RSS feed you see them first, without having to wait for the end of the month improvements email we send.

There are lots of ways to read RSS feeds. If you already have a RSS feed reader then all you need to do is add our feed URL to your reader.

Feed URL:
Subscribe to RSS feed
http://cpasitesolutions.com/improvements/feed/

If you don’t have a RSS feed reader then I recommend trying Google Homepage or Google Reader. They are very easy to setup.

Here’s how…

1. Go to our blog feed subscription page at

http://cpasitesolutions.com/improvements/feed/

2. Select “Google Homepage” or “Google Reader”

3. Follow the instructions on building your page or customizing your reader.

Have fun. Once you start subscribing to RSS feeds you’ll start getting all your news that way.

Comment On Our Improvements

We love feedback. Whether it’s positive or negative. Please let us know how we are doing. It’s the only way we can learn how to serve you better.

Now you have a new way to let us know by posting a comment on our Improvements Blog. I will personally read each comment, seriously consider it, and respond to comments if necessary.
